Our written contract provides a full one-year warranty on what we build, but our commitment to our customers reaches well beyond it. If there is a problem related to the construction of your home, we’ll fix it, regardless of the time.
We will walk the house prior to delivery to identify any punch list items for closing. After you move in, we will contact you after 30 days and also at eleven months to insure there are no warranty items that need our attention.
