In addition to our homebuilding business, Definitive Homes is also involved in large-scale remodels and additions. We approach each project with the idea that it is an honor to be invited into a client’s home. Although we draw on the best elements of our homebuilding experience, we realize that remodeling is a completely different discipline, and each project is managed with that in mind. Projects are scheduled essentially one at a time, with on-site supervision daily. A pre-construction schedule is given to each homeowner and, with virtually daily communication; the project is managed to its successful completion.
